When we start doing a habit, we experience little improvement in different things that we can be aware of, but the reality is that those little advances are the the ones that will let us slowly improve, and keep getting closer to your most difficult goals. You will introduce and sustain habits that will help you be more connected with your true self, and that way enjoy a better wellness and quality of life, and of course, they will help you connect with your inner happiness and inner peace, to manage better the difficult situations that will come to your life.

We will use tools from neuroscience, health coaching, yoga, and meditation, to change your thoughts and behaviours.
*The people that cannot go physically to the sessions, they will do a group session in zoom. For the individual plan, the coaching session will be individual.
