My long professional path started when I was maybe 6, when I started competing at Snowski and Tennis. I was good at it and my family was a very good support for me, they didn’t pressure me, but they were there for me. With the competitive sport, especially tennis, I traveled to many countries, met a lot of new people, I generated very good relationships, and I lived situations that asked from me a very high emotional inteligence. I took responsability of my life since I was very young, and at just 17 years old, I moved away from home, to go from Barcelona to USA, where I studied the College Degree of Psychology, with a full scholarship from the tennis team.

These decisiones made me feel the need to find methods and tools to my own emotional evolution, which is probably what made me study the degree of Psychology. After I graduated, I felt a big call in my soul that was that I wanted to be of service to society, instead of being a professional tennis player. That way, I kept my learning and training path, with different tools and cultures around the world that help my growth keep going.

• From Spain to USA, with a College Degree under my belt, and a Masters in Human Development and Family Sciences, I went to live to Jamaica to be a Health Coach and get my first Yoga Teacher Certification of 200 hr, while I was teaching tennis over there as well.
• When I went back to Barcelona, I got a training in Marketing for Yoga Teachers and I started my Master’s Degree in Emotinoal Inteligence.
• I starte also a training with my mentor in Bali where we worked throug my own experience using a Somatic Experiencing approach, from Peter Levin.
• After this I went to my trip to the north of India, the Himalayas, where I did my second Yoga Teacher Training, this one advanced, of 300 hours. It was a training in Traditional Hatha Yoga.
