Benefits of being in contact with nature daily

We work monthly in experiences in nature, because its impact in the brain and the global sense of wellness in mind and body, since they help to reduce the mental noise. Being in nature where there is a lot of silence and only sounds of nature, can reduce highly the extreme sensorial exposure we have daily and to reduce the mental fatigue.

It improves the concentration and attention capacity: the exposure in nature, even for short amounts of time, has been shown to improve the concentration and selective attention.

Reduction of stress and improvement in the emotional state: The contact with nature can reduce cortisol in your body, reduce the arterial pressure, and to improve the mental and emotional state, which has been associated to the reduction of perceived stress.

In summary, these healthy practices have a very significative and important impact in the brain structure, which can take to a global improvement in the emotional wellness and health at all levels: emotional, cognitive, and physical.
